While pipe bends typically have minimum bending radius of 1.5D, Yuhara's proprietary bender has achieved tight radius bends of 1.0D to 0.7D, while suppressing wrinkles, cracks, or breakage. Our technology has over 10 years of proven track record in mass production. For compound pipe bending, we have developed a proprietary bending system that uses ultrasonic vibration to achieve higher-precision bending and extend processing limitations.
We can also bend pipes with different end shapes (square on one end, round on the other). Using such pipes are used to pass a pipe through limited space inside an equipment.
We handle various types of compound bending for carbon steels, SUS, titanium alloy, aluminum, and others. High-precision continuous bending is available for not only round pipes, but for square pipes as well.
Yuhara Japan and Yuhara Thailand can currently provide bending technologies and Yuhara USA can provide pass-through parts to US customers.
