We have achieved high-precision bending of steel pipes through the development of a bending process that utilizes ultrasonic vibration. Dimensional accuracy for compound bending radii have been greatly improved for difficult-to-cut materials such as SUS, titanium, and Inconel. We can handle extremely tight bend radii and other severe bending conditions.
Ultrasonic vibration technology is currently provided only by Yuhara Japan.
